Vacating Guidelines

Image pointer Oven and elements, warmer drawer, racks and trays all cleaned.  
Image pointer Carpet shampooed by commercial cleaner as required under the terms of your agreement.      
Image pointer All service areas to be cleaned ie. kitchen, laundry, bathroom, toilet  
Image pointer Windows (interior), window sills, skirting boards, any fixed shelves all to be wiped down.  
Image pointer Net curtains should be hand washed.    Vacating
Image pointer All rubbish to be removed from property.   
Image pointer Recycle bin, cleaned and left at property.  
Image pointer  Lawns and gardens to be cut and free of weeds.  
Image pointer  Replace any broken glass or mirrors.  
Image pointer Ensure all light bulbs are working.  
Image pointer Leave all picture hooks in walls.  
Image pointer House to be flea bombed if a pet is in residence.  
Image pointer Walls to be cleaned - superficial hand marks etc. removed.  
Image pointer Cob webs removed from eves and internal walls.     
Image pointer All garage and/or security remotes to be left at property.     
Image pointer Advise telephone and power companies of change of address.    
Image pointer Cancel automatic payment from Bank to our company.     
Image pointer Redirect mail.     

We recommend that you refer to your ingoing Property Condition Report to ensure that the property has been left in a condition not less than that stated in the ingoing report.
