A position that requires someone with excellent telephone communication skills and English and can be clearly understood on the telephone. In this role they will be required to hunt out through telemarketing lead opportunities for the Property Management Team for appraisals for selling and letting. The successful application will enjoy the thrill of the hunt, be able to demonstrate they have some telemarketing experience and can work unsupervised from an off-site location. It is a role best suited to a brisk, fast paced individual who wishes to be given recognition and rewards for successful outcomes.
