Property Management
The work is varied and interesting, but definitely challenging and demanding. It includes the managing of an existing portfolio of property managements with a variety of jobs including property inspections, rent arrears, organizing repairs and maintenance, liaising with landlords and tradesmen, tenancy tribunal mediation and attendance at hearings, evictions and landlord statements.
 The successful applicant would have a good level of administration skills, high relationship empathy, work well under stress and be stimulated by challenges.
A successful Property Manager applicant would demonstrate a general outgoing personality, strong communication skills with a sense of humour, loves being busy and thrives on pressure.
