Letting Agent
The primary role of a Letting Agent is matching landlord’s properties with tenants’ requirements. This would include the advertising and showing of properties, the negotiating of tenancy contracts – ensuring each contract shows a clear agreement and intent of both parties, the collecting of money – bonds, rents, letting fees and the processing of all associated paper work. Our Letting Agent handles both our management and casual properties for let.  Our Letting Agent also creates new business opportunities for new managements and letting opportunities. This is done by prospecting in a similar role to real estate sales people.
To be successful you should be determined, able to assess people quickly without being judgemental and have some experience in both sales and administration.
