Applicants for these roles should enjoy a high level of daily contact with clients, be strong communicators both in person, by mail and telephone and be very systematic in organisation of tasks.
Successful people in these roles are easy to get along with, used to pitching in to make a difference and can explain how to ‘wow’ a customer.
